PICK
UP AND DELIVERY
Domestic and International shipments are from our warehouse to destination airport or seaport.
Pickups and deliveries within the US could be agreed. Customs clearance and delivery
at destination seaport or airport are not included. All air shipments must comply
with Sealand Group's Indirect Air Carrier Security Program approved by
the TSA.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time the shipper is notified of the weight, dimensions and total charges of the shipment. Freight charges may be paid at destination in most of the cases, however, expenses for third parties services originated before the goods arrives to our warehouse must be paid in advance prior to the shipment.
Expenses, fees and charges for wire transfers in payment of services shall
be paid by the shipper and/or consignee.
STORAGE
We offer two weeks free storage; thereafter an agreed charge will apply.
The goods
covered by our warehouse receipt(s) are subject to a warehouseman's lien
pursuant to Florida Statute 677-209 for unpaid charges for storage,
transportation, insurance, labor and for charges or expenses in relation to
other goods whenever deposited on which charges remain due and owing.
TRANSIT
TIME
We make every effort to have the shipment arrive at its destination on
time, however, we do not guarantee a specific transit time.
